HR Opportunity in Local Government – People & Culture Advisor in Sydney
 
 Contract Length:  
4-5 months

 Salary range: $40ph - $45ph + superannuation
Step into a People and Culture role supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management & culture initiatives.
 Key Responsibilities: 
- Develop and build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 - Provide end-to-end administrative support across the P&C function including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, probation, performance reviews, reward & recognition.
 - Manage and maintain HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
 - Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, policy and process improvement.
 
What They’re Looking For:
Local government experience is preferred.
If you don't have local government experience, you must have sufficient HR experience, super savvy with computer systems and applications, agile and quick to learn, and highly organised and focused, and has the ability to work autonomously.
