The Opportunity:
- Manage the General Manager’s diary, meetings, travel, administrative tasks, maintain report functions, support proposal development and bid preparation.
- Arrange, attend and take meeting minutes
- Coordinate projects, track timelines, and provide progress updates
- Collaborate with consultants on advertising campaigns
- Manage social media presence as required
- Assist with the recruitment process of new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and provide support as required
- Prepare monthly progress claims for commercial contractors
- Conduct project reviews and manage retention post-completion
- Provide general admin and procurement support across the business as required
- 4+ years working as a Personal/Executive assistant for a residential, commercial builder, or building supplier
- Uses discretion, takes initiative, and has key leadership skills
- Proactive with high moral standards
- Remains composed under pressure while staying highly organised
