Our client is an Australian project homes builder with 30+ years experience in the industry, known for their quality constructions, who are currently building upwards of around 200+ new homes a year across NSW.
They are in need of a Pre-Construction Coordinator who can oversee all processes following the initial sales process through to construction commencement.
About the role:
- Client engagement and problem-solving
- Set up and maintain project files from pre-site to construction commencement
- Maintaining the CRM system and provide Administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
- Coordinating & obtaining various planning documents such as CC / CDC, DA applications etc.
- Preparation and coordination of site files, contracts, schedules and meetings
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Experience within the Residential Construction sector
- A passion and keen interest to pursue a career within the building industry
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
- Strong IT skills and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
- Salary up to $85k + Super
