The Opportunity:
Two roles available: one based south of the river and one based north of the river. As a Prestart Consultant, you will work across residential projects in a diverse role, providing expert guidance and support throughout the prestart process. Your key focus will be to ensure a smooth and efficient selections experience, contributing to successful project delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support clients and providing guidance in selecting finishes
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including documentation and coordination of client details
- Provide administrative support for contract processes (with contracts prepared by a dedicated team member)
- Prepare, update, and maintain addenda's and variations
- 1+ years of experience working as a prestart consultant for a residential builder
- Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
- Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
