About the role:
As a Prestart Consultant, you will assume a varied role by offering expert guidance and support throughout the entire Prestart process. Your main duty will involve ensuring seamless and efficient operations, facilitating the successful delivery of projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and finalise Prestart selections for varied types of builds, including single and double-story custom and project builds
- Administering contractual documents
- Prepaing agendas and variations
- Very occasionally updating clients throughout the process until the handover of keys
- 2+ years of experience working as a Prestart consultant preferably experince with 2 storey builds
- Exceptional high attention to detail
- Customer-centric focused with clear communication
- Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Work alongside industry leaders within a supportive work environment
