Due to continued growth, they are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Production Manager to take ownership of their primary manufacturing site in Greenacre.

- Reporting on site performance to senior leadership
- Proven experience as a Production Manager (or Senior Production Leader ready to step up) within food processing or food packaging
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Commercial acumen with the ability to manage costs and drive efficiencies
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across departments
