Leading Global Commercial Developer/Builder committed to delivering high-quality projects across industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects seeking a Project Administrator or Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator from a head contractor/Builder to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager across administrative duties
- Document Control and maintenance of existing filing systems and document registers
- Contract Correspondence including Site Instructions, RFI’s, EOT’s and Variations
- Obtain planning, infrastructure and development approvals
- Scheduling and Timeline Management
- Stakeholder Communication
- Assisting with the preparation of handover documentation
- Preparation of monthly project cost report
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in project coordination/contract administration or a related role and on Data Centres essential.
- Familiarity with the construction phases, project scheduling, and budget management is crucial.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strong pipeline of work - Developer/Builder
