Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate project documentation and document control
- Act as a point of contact for project-related enquiries
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Prepare routine project reports and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to site and management teams
- Previous experience in project administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with document control and compliance processes
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
