Project Architect
We're recruiting for an experienced Project Architect to join a well established architecture practice known for their work across multi typology projects.
This role will focus on the end to end delivery, taking projects from tendering, to design development through to completion, with a strong emphasis on tendering coordination, and contract administration. You’ll be leading the delivery of multiple projects while mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with both the architectural and interior design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of multiple hospitality projects
- Manage tendering
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver cohesive design outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Oversee contract administration and ensure timely project delivery
- Registered Architect (Victoria) with 8+ years' experience
- Strong background in project delivery, including contract administration
- High proficiency in Revit
- Confident communicator with excellent organisation and leadership skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Current driver’s licence
