Project Architect
We're recruiting for an experienced Project Architect to join a well established architecture and interior design practice known for their work across hospitality, education and workplace projects.
This role will focus on the delivery phase, taking projects from late design development through to completion, with a strong emphasis on documentation, coordination, and contract administration. You’ll be leading the delivery of multiple projects while mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with both the architectural and interior design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the documentation and delivery of multiple projects
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver cohesive design outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Oversee contract administration and ensure timely project delivery
- Registered Architect (Victoria) with 8+ years' experience
- Strong background in project delivery, including contract administration
- High proficiency in Revit and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confident communicator with excellent organisation and leadership skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Current driver’s licence
