Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of remedial and transfer projects from commencement through to completion
- Manage project documentation including programmes, scopes, RFIs, variations, and progress reporting
- Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Assist with procurement, subcontractor engagement, and trade coordination across multiple live sites
- Attend site visits (typically once per week) to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Support cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting in collaboration with senior management
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients across multiple concurrent projects
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction, project coordination, site supervision, or a similar role
- Background in construction, manufacturing, remediation, or environments involving multiple trade coordination
- Willingness to be office-based on the Central Coast, with regular site visits
- Salary $100k-$120k + Super DOE.
- Permanent full-time role based from the Central Coast office
- Standard working hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm, offering genuine work-life balance and flexibility with hours.
- All travel time covered, with fuel and tolls reimbursed; car or vehicle allowance open for discussion
- Exposure to a wide range of projects, with new sites commencing every few weeks
- High level of autonomy and ownership over your projects
