A Project Co-Ordinator / Contracts Administrator is required for a well-established contractor based on the NSW Central Coast, specialising in remedial, refurbishment, and transfer works across a range of occupied and live environments to join the team on a permanent basis, based from the Central Coast office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with construction experience who enjoys variety, autonomy, and responsibility across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of remedial and transfer projects from commencement through to completion
  • Manage project documentation including programmes, scopes, RFIs, variations, and progress reporting
  • Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Assist with procurement, subcontractor engagement, and trade coordination across multiple live sites
  • Attend site visits (typically once per week) to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Support cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting in collaboration with senior management
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients across multiple concurrent projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in construction, project coordination, site supervision, or a similar role
  • Background in construction, manufacturing, remediation, or environments involving multiple trade coordination
  • Willingness to be office-based on the Central Coast, with regular site visits

  • Salary $100k-$120k + Super DOE.
