They are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who is looking for long-term career progression with the business. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the team and ensuring the successful execution of custom residential projects ranging from $2m - $6m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in planning, organising, and executing custom residential projects.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and reports.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and efficient communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and costs, reporting any discrepancies or variances.
- Schedule Management: Help develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
- Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients, providing timely updates and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to project managers and teams as needed.
- Relevant qualification and/or experience within a Project Coordinator role (ideally across custom residential projects).
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
