You’ll play a key support role within the project delivery team, assisting with the administration, coordination, and documentation of multiple projects. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who’s organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing both office-based and site-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and document management across multiple projects.
- Uploading and managing procurement packages using Procure Pro.
- Assisting with progress claims and documentation through Payapps.
- Supporting the project team with administrative and reporting tasks.
- Coordinating documentation and communications between the office and site teams.
- Previous experience in a project support or coordination role (construction experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Competent in data entry and document management systems.
- Familiarity with Procure Pro, Payapps, or similar construction software (advantageous but not essential).
- Confident communicator with the ability to work with site and office personnel.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to attend site visits.
