The Role:
Working closely with internal departments, site teams, suppliers, and clients, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from pre-construction through to handover and supporting the smooth delivery of each build.
- Coordinate residential home building projects through key project stages
- Liaise with clients, supervisors, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Monitor build schedules and ensure milestones are tracked effectively
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and keep communication flowing across all stakeholders
- Support procurement and material coordination where required
- Ensure all administration is accurate, up to date, and completed within deadlines
- Previous experience working within residential construction, or a volume home builder in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of residential building processes and construction documentation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with construction software/systems and Microsoft Office
