Key responsibilities include:
- providing administrative support for projects begin to end
- Supporting the estimating & construction teams with project administration and documentation.
- Preparing contracts, variation documents and project files.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Tracking project progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
- Scheduling handovers between departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Maintaining accurate records within the company's construction management system.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider construction team.
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Construction Administrator, Project Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders.
- A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with experience using residential construction software highly regarded.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
