Key Responsibilities
As a PSR, you will play a critical support role, enabling Supervisors and Project Managers to focus on higher-level delivery by managing coordination and operational tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and resource allocation
- Document control and compliance tracking
- Procurement coordination and cost tracking
- Monitoring project progress and reporting
- Coordinating subcontractors and materials
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld
- Supporting WHS compliance at all times
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
About You
You are a motivated and reliable professional with a strong background in civil construction, particularly in roadworks. You lead by example, demonstrate sound judgement under pressure, and take ownership of your work.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in civil construction (road projects essential)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable attributes (civil)
- Experience in road maintenance, construction, or a similar field.
- Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) certification.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor equipment maintenance.
- Current, valid Queensland “C” class driver’s licence (or equivalent)
- Current White Card
Desirable attributes (electrical)
- Experience with electrical and/or maintenance practices or a similar field.
- Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) certification.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor equipment maintenance.
- Current, valid Queensland “C” class driver’s licence (or equivalent)
- Current White Card
