Join a national studio that’s shaping the future of Australian cities.
Our client is looking for a talented and driven Project Architect to join our collaborative, design-led team delivering award-winning projects across sectors including education, multi-residential, commercial, and urban design.

About the Company
This firm doesn't just design buildings — they create experiences that enrich how people live, learn, and connect. The multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and thinkers work across Australia from studios in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. With a strong focus on social impact, design quality, and innovation, they foster a studio culture that’s inclusive, curious, and collaborative.

The Role
As a Project Architect, you’ll lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale projects — from early concept through to construction. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure the design vision is carried through with technical rigour and clarity. This role suits someone with a passion for purposeful design, a commitment to sustainability, and an ability to manage teams and deadlines with confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead architectural projects across multiple phases: concept, DA, documentation, and delivery
  • Coordinate and mentor project teams
  • Engage with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve design and technical issues
  • Oversee construction documentation and contract administration
  • Ensure projects meet design, technical, and regulatory standards
What You'll Need
  • Masters degree in Architecture from a recognised institute
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience, with demonstrable project leadership across sectors
  • Strong Revit skills essential (BIM expertise highly regarded)
  • A deep understanding of Australian planning codes, NCC, and construction methodologies
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale projects, preferably in education or multi-residential
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong design sensibility
Benefits
  • Work in a supportive, award-winning studio culture
  • Flexible working arrangements and generous leave policies
  • Ongoing learning and professional development
  • Projects with real social and urban impact
  • Vibrant, creative, and collaborative team environment
