We are partnering with a purpose-led organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of property and capital works projects across a community-focused portfolio.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors, the role will oversee projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Projects are likely to include refurbishment, upgrade and compliance-related works across a live operational environment.
As the organisation continues to evolve its property and project delivery capability, this role will play an important part in supporting consistent, effective project outcomes across the portfolio.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience delivering property, facilities or capital works projects within complex stakeholder environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing property and capital works projects through to completion
- Coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders
- Monitoring programme, budget and project delivery outcomes
- Supporting procurement and contract administration activities
- Ensuring compliance across WHS and organisational standards
- Experience delivering property or capital works projects
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Experience delivering projects within live operational environments highly regarded.
- Experience within community, healthcare, government or for-purpose environments highly regarded
- Relevant qualifications across construction, project management or property disciplines
