- Community Housing – experience working with government or not-for-profit housing providers.
- Office Relocations & Fit-Outs – end-to-end management of office moves, including coordinating with lessors, designers, and contractors.
- Change Management – supporting teams through workplace relocation and organisational change processes.
- Cross-Functional Liaison – managing communication and workflow between project managers, design teams, leasing representatives, and internal departments.
- Strong project delivery capability across the property, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- A solid understanding of Tasmania’s regulatory and planning landscape.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
