About the Role
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of commercial construction projects from initial estimating and planning through to handover, leading a dedicated project team and ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle across commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets and procurement schedules
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
- Liaise directly with clients, architects and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
- Oversee quality, safety (OH&S) and environmental compliance on site
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial outcomes
- Report on project progress, budgets and forecasts to senior management
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction (fit-out, refurbishment or new build)
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and budgeting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with a genuine focus on client outcomes
- Relevant trade, construction management or engineering qualifications preferred
- Current driver's license and right to work in Australia
