Our client is a well-established commercial builder with a strong reputation across South East Queensland for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors. With decades of industry experience, they have built lasting relationships with repeat clients by consistently delivering projects on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
Their portfolio includes education, healthcare, government, industrial, retail, hospitality and commercial developments, with projects typically ranging from $5M-$50M.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Brisbane team.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, leading them from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects.
- Lead and mentor Contract Administrators, Site Managers and project teams.
- Oversee project programming, procurement and financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.
- Identify and manage project risks while driving positive commercial outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
- Strong financial and contractual management skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach with a focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction.
