The Role You’ll be responsible for managing fire services projects from start to finish, overseeing both wet and dry fire systems. The business is open to candidates who are strong in wet fire and have a solid working understanding of dry fire systems.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of fire services projects
- Overseeing installation of sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, and associated wet fire systems
- Managing subcontractors across dry fire packages (detection, alarms, EWIS)
- Programming, budgeting, and cost control
- Client and stakeholder management across multiple projects
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards and regulations
- Driving projects to meet time, cost, and quality expectations
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within fire services
- Strong background in wet fire systems (essential)
- Good understanding of dry fire systems
- Experience delivering projects across residential and/or commercial sectors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong commercial and communication skills
- $150k + Super + Company Car
- Strong pipeline of secured work across multiple sectors
