Project Manager required for a leading Commercial & Industrial Builder with over 40 years of experience delivering projects across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major commercial construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage and mentor project teams, driving high performance and collaboration across the teams
- Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant industry qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing projects valued $10M+
- Client facing with a proven track record in working well under pressure
- Ability to lead and performance manage a construction team to deliver projects on time and under budget
