Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of commercial new build projects in and around the Greater Brisbane area. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
- Maintain the fun yet hardworking team culture.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial new build projects $20M - $30M.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
