This award-winning construction company has been operating for over 30 years within the Tier 2 Construction space in NSW.
Due to recently awarded projects, there is an exciting role for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and work on upcoming Industrial projects valued up to $150M.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects such as: Warehouses, Distribution Centres, Cold Storage, etc.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
- Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management role on Commercial Construction projects
- Experience working for a head contractor is essential
- Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
- Client facing with a proven track record in working well under pressure
- Sound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractors etc.
- Ability to lead and performance manage a construction team to achieve agreed outcome
