The Opportunity
As the business continues to grow a strong pipeline of high end fit-out and refurbishment projects, they are looking for a capable Project Manager to join their Sydney team.
You’ll take full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll bring together trades, consultants, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to an high level of detail.

The Role
Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects from early client briefing and tendering through to construction and delivery
- Managing programs, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth, timely project delivery
- Overseeing project financials, procurement, cost tracking and variations
- Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, trades and internal teams
- Coordinating with design and estimating teams to provide buildability advice
- Championing quality, safety and best practice across every stage of the project
- 4 - 6+ years’ experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in a Project Manager role
- A strong communicator with the ability to build trust and lead cross-functional teams
- Solid commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets and contract admin
- Organised, proactive and confident juggling multiple moving parts
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes
- Familiar with D&C delivery and project tools
- Salary package up to $160,000 + Super depending on experience
