We’re looking for a Project Manager with at least 10 years experience to deliver fit-out & construction projects up to $10mil. In return you'll be offered the opportunity to step into senior leadership positions within the business.
Our client are a growing commercial construction company that have experienced continued growth year on year. Due to this it's full-steam ahead, and as a result they're looking to take on an industry leading Project Manager to oversee multiple projects valued from $1m - $10m.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing projects from pre-construction to handover
- Leading & mentoring project teams
- Ensuring compliance with safety & building standards
- Managing budgets, contracts & subcontractor negotiations
- Building strong relationships with clients & stakeholders
- 10+ years experience with a principal contractor
- A natural leader & problem solver who thrives under pressure
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated experience in training & mentoring junior team members
- Experience with MS Projects, Procore & Jobpac
- Bachelors degree in construction management or equivalent
- Direct pathway into future senior leadership positions
