Cultivating a reputation for client satisfaction, this builder has been fortunate to work with a number of repeat clients over the years. Their project scope is diverse and has typically included retail, office, and hospitality fitouts valued between $500k - $5m.
Design and Build are proud to be delivering a unique opportunity to the Adelaide market, as we're looking for experience Contract Administrators that are looking to make the leap into being a Project Manager.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
- Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
- Administer the project HSE system
- 3-5 years Contract Administrator experience (or existing experience as a Project Manager)
- Direct experience with a commercial construction Head Contractor
- Experience managing finances through projects
- Bachelors or relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong communicator with clients and subcontractors
- Drive to advance your own career
