Design & Build is searching for an experienced and driven individual to lead the delivery of landmark mixed use and luxury high-rise project in Brisbane. This is your opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected developer builder with a robust pipeline of projects extending over the next 8+ years.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a premium high-rise residential developments. From pre-construction planning through to handover, you’ll be working closely with an expert internal team, top-tier consultants, and trusted subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the successful delivery of a high-rise mixed use & luxury residential project
- Manage project programming, procurement, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
- Report directly to and work collaboratively with the Construction Director
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or senior project manager on large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use developments
- Passionate about your company, team culture, and project
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship and premium finishes
- Work with an industry-leading developer builder known for delivering iconic luxury projects
