We are seeking a highly organised and driven Project Manager
to lead the coordination and delivery of a key commercial interiors project. This is a 3-month contract role
with an immediate start, ideal for someone with a strong background in fit-out, refurbishment, or construction project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project operations, timelines, and deliverables
- Liaise with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment
- Oversee on-site activities and resolve any issues that may impact project delivery
- Monitor project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and provide regular progress updates
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out or construction
- Must have experience using Jobpac, Procore or Buildlogic
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction processes and HSE regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Availability to start immediately or within short notice
