A unique opportunity is available for an established Project Manager to join a nationally accredited Tier 3 commercial builder in Sydney.
With a strong upcoming pipeline, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager for projects located in Sydney. The role will be either site or office based Monday - Friday and offers long term development and progression to senior management.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
• Managing the on-site WHS to meet Government and Company policies.
• Spearheading project management
• Driving construction teams and subcontractors on-site.
• Managing client and consultant relationships.
• Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover.
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
• Construction Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience delivering projects valued up to $3-10m in value (Fit Out and refurb).
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proven ability to meet strict deadlines
• Experience on new build projects is highly desirable
