Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate and lead subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and company procedures on all sites.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Proven experience managing commercial fitout or interior projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and OH&S compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
