Due to recently awarded projects, there is an exciting role for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and work on a commercial project valued at $200M.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on new build construction projects in the commercial space.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
- Leading the end to end project delivery
- Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects working within the Head Contractor space
- Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
- Previously worked on commercial projects or multi-storey commercial projects
- Experience running projects up to $80m in value
