The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end development of full floor apartments on Sydney's Lower North Shore. You’ll take charge of all project phases through to final handover.
The Role
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end project delivery of luxury residential & boutique multi-unit developments
- Overseeing program, budget, subcontractors and quality controls to deliver on time and on budget
- Liaising closely with clients, architects, consultants and site teams to ensure design intent and buildability align
- Managing procurement, contracts, variations, risk and commercial performance
- Leading site teams and overseeing finish quality, workmanship and presentation standards
- Ensuring HSEQ compliance, and maintaining a strong culture of safety and excellence
You bring:
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a relevant discipline
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager across class 2 apartment projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects with strong finish quality, design orientation and value
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on, detail-driven approach with high standards of craftsmanship and communication
- Competitive salary package up to $200,000 + Super, dependent on experience
