With over 20 years of success and a strong pipeline of work, this builder specialises in projects typically ranging from $1M–$20M across sectors including education, community, health and government.
The Opportunity You’ll take the lead on a ~$10M project in Melbourne’s inner west , managing the job from early stages through to completion.
This role will suit a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in live environments , with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining programme, cost and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project delivery from planning through to handover
- Managing live site environments with minimal disruption to ongoing operations
- Programme management, cost control and reporting
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
- Driving safety, quality and compliance outcomes
