Our client is a Nationally recognized Tier 2 builder with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects in Australia and Internationally, across sectors including commercial, health and education.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead new projects valued at $80M+.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects from ECI, planning, and through to completion
- Take ownership of programme, budget and resourcing to ensure successful project outcomes
- Manage and mentor project teams, driving performance and accountability across site and office
- Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy, reporting and commercial outcomes
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Building or similar
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering new build projects valued $40M+
- Proven experience on new build construction projects, ideally within government, health or education sectors
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
