The Role
You will take full ownership of a $5M new build project, managing it from early stages through to completion. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll be given the autonomy to run your job while still having strong support around you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of a $5M project
- Programme management and trade coordination
- Managing subcontractors, budgets, and procurement
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Driving quality, safety, and compliance on site
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior CA ready to step up
- Background in commercial construction (new build or fit-out)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage projects independently
