The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality D&C fit-out projects from inception through to completion, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver commercial fit-out projects on time and within budget
- Lead project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and support
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Drive programme, cost, and quality outcomes across multiple projects
- Implement and utilise construction management systems effectively
- Ensure all works comply with safety standards, regulations, and best practices
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction or fit-outs
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Client-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Well-versed in construction systems, processes, and compliance
- Exposure to high-quality commercial office fit-out projects
