We're currently looking for a Project Manager to be stationed on one of their $15m projects in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide.
Duties in your role will include:
- Management of project from early works until project completion
- Direct communication with and management of client requirements
- Project Design Management
- Long term construction program management
- Cost control & management
- Engagement & broad management of trades & subcontractors
- Minimum 4 years local experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects
- Ideally you have worked across the full project cycle of an industrial, health or education project
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of OH&S
- Ability to work autonomously
