We’re partnering with a highly regarded commercial builder with a strong pipeline of projects across Melbourne. With over two decades of consistent delivery, this business has built a reputation for delivering complex projects across sectors including retail/hospitality, early education, fuel infrastructure, healthcare, and general commercial developments.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring on a confident and capable Project Manager to join their team.
The Role
You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with an experienced internal team and trusted subcontractor network.
Projects typically range across:
- Retail & hospitality (including national brands)
- Childcare & education facilities
- Fuel / service station developments
- Healthcare & community projects
- General commercial builds
- End-to-end project delivery
- Programme management and sequencing
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Client and stakeholder management
- Managing site teams and subcontractors
- Driving quality, safety, and timely delivery
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Background delivering projects in the $5M–$30M+ range (flexible depending on experience)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies across commercial sectors
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects or fast-paced programmes
- Ideally based in or around Melbourne’s north/eastern suburbs
- Strong pipeline of repeat client work across diverse sectors
