About the role:
- Lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory
- Project scope includes roads, bulk earthworks and general civil works
- Project values up to $40 Million
- FIFO roster options: 2/1 or 3/1
- Full project lifecycle responsibility from planning through to delivery
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Lead site teams including Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors
- Oversee planning, programming, cost control and procurement
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong background in roads, earthworks and infrastructure projects
- Experience delivering projects in the $40M+ range
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
- Ability to operate effectively in a FIFO/project environment
