This is a contract opportunity suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced fit out environments, is confident managing stakeholder relationships, and can drive projects through to completion.
The Role
- Oversee hospitality fit out and refurbishment projects from start to finish
- Manage programme, cost, quality and subcontractor coordination
- Act as the key point of contact for clients and consultants
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Work closely with site teams and internal stakeholders throughout delivery
- Proven experience delivering hospitality and/or commercial fit out projects
- Strong construction knowledge with the ability to manage live project environments
- Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong relationships
- Previous experience working for a Commercial Builder
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
