This role would suit a hands-on Project Manager with strong refurbishment experience who is confident managing live environment projects and driving programme through to completion.
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of an education refurbishment project, managing programme, subcontractors, client communication and overall project performance from site establishment through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of the project from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Maintain programme, budget and project reporting
- Drive safety, quality and compliance across site
- Manage stakeholder and client relationships
- Ensure works are delivered efficiently within a live operational environment
- Oversee procurement and project sequencing
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Strong refurbishment and fit out project background
- Education project experience highly regarded
- Ability to manage live environment works
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and programming capability
- Relevant construction qualifications
