Due to ongoing growth and multiple recently awarded projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a $50M health project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established builder on a complex project with strong long-term career progression opportunities.
The Role
- Lead the successful delivery of a major new build project from construction through to completion
- Manage programme, budget, procurement and subcontractor performance to achieve commercial and delivery outcomes
- Drive coordination across consultants, clients, site teams and subcontractors throughout all project stages
- Oversee project reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication while ensuring quality and programme targets are achieved
- Lead and mentor project delivery staff while maintaining a strong team culture and client relationship
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial, education, government or institutional projects with a head contractor in Australia
- Experience delivering projects valued $30M+ from start to finish
- Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of procurement, programming and contract administration
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
