Design & Build Recruitment would like to speak with experienced Project Managers or Senior Project Managers to join our Gold Coast based client during the pre-construction phase, through to the delivery of a luxury high rise project.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the successful delivery of a high-rise luxury residential project on time and within budget.
- Look after a very forgiving program, not trying to build in record time, they have allowed for a lot of different circumstances.
- Grow and lead your own delivery team.
- Report directly to the Construction Manager.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use towers - $40M to $60M.
- A real love of residential projects.
- Based on the beautiful Gold Coast or desire to live there.
- Gold Coast projects ONLY.
- Well established builder who is financially stable.
- Mix of ECI, Head D&C, & Development projects.
- Interstate support groups and buddies.
