Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager
to join a well-established construction contractor specialising in Commercial Construction, fitout and refurbishment projects to the value of $40M
throughout the Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs.
Role:
• End-to-end management of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects valued at $10M or more.
• Managing and mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Managers across multiple projects.
• Overseeing programming, procurement, cost control, and project delivery to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are achieved.
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of commercial environments.
• Managing contractual obligations, variations, progress claims, and reporting in line with company systems and procedures.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, in compliance with WHS, quality, and company standards.
• Supporting business growth through leadership, team support, and contribution to upcoming pipeline projects.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Commercial Construction & Refurbishment
projects valued around $10M.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and problem-solving skills.
