This full-time position will see you leading the delivery of complex security infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion. Working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, you will play an essential role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently while supporting the organization's broader growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, implement, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end project activities including procurement, workforce coordination, contractor management, and risk mitigation
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Track project milestones, proactively address challenges, and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Support, guide, and develop team members to foster capability building and continuous improvement
- Minimum 5 years’ project management experience delivering within the construction (non-residential), civil or utilities sectors, delivering technically demanding projects
- Proven experience overseeing projects valued between $2 million and $15 million
- Strong capability in planning, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and overall project execution
- Strong commercial skills (owning budgets and controlling forecasts)
- Experience using project management platforms such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
- Sound knowledge of construction regulations, compliance obligations, and safety frameworks
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential
