This is a confidential opportunity to join a high-profile project team and take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a major CBD workplace relocation. The project will involve workplace design, procurement, commercial fit-out, technology integration, operational readiness and the successful relocation of employees into a new workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major workplace fit-out and relocation project.
- Manage project scope, program, budget, risks, issues and key milestones.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, designers and other delivery partners.
- Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning and practical completion.
- Coordinate technology, security, furniture, facilities and other workplace requirements.
- Lead the planning and delivery of the staff relocation while maintaining business continuity.
- Manage project governance, reporting and financial controls.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, internal teams, contractors and external partners.
- Ensure successful operational readiness, handover and project close-out.
- Significant experience delivering commercial office fit-out and workplace relocation projects.
- Proven end-to-end project management experience across design, procurement, construction and relocation.
- Experience working within CBD high-rise or premium-grade commercial buildings.
- Strong contractor, consultant, stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Experience with project budgets, forecasting, procurement, contracts, variations and risk management.
- Strong governance and executive reporting experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised, hands-on and able to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Property, Architecture or a related discipline.
- WA C-Class Driver’s Licence.
- $180k + super
