Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
- Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
- Lead and mentor your well-resourced team; engineers, CA, Site Manager, Foremen.
- Work closely with repeat clients and subcontractors.
- Proven experience as a PM or SPM.
- MUST have a passion for apartment new build projects $80M+.
