Projects will primarily be across the TMR infrastructure space, including major road upgrades, intersections, highways, bridges, pavements, earthworks, and associated civil infrastructure works. You will play a key role in delivering projects for tier 1 and government clients across Queensland.

THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll oversee commercial performance, construction delivery, client management, programming, and site leadership while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
You’ll work closely with internal delivery teams, clients, subcontractors, and consultants to drive outcomes across complex infrastructure projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end delivery of TMR and civil infrastructure projects
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and reporting
- Lead project teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
- Develop and manage construction programs and project methodology
- Maintain strong relationships with TMR representatives, clients, and stakeholders
- Drive HSEQ performance and ensure compliance across all project activities
- Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administration
- Identify and manage project risks, variations, and opportunities
- Ensure projects are delivered to specification, program, and quality requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering TMR or major civil infrastructure projects
- Strong background in roads, bridges, bulk earthworks, drainage, pavements, and utilities
- Solid understanding of TMR specifications, standards, and project delivery requirements
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
- Ability to lead teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning capability
- Civil Engineering qualification or relevant industry experience
- Strong pipeline of secured TMR and infrastructure projects
